These terms apply when you use this website or ask Yami's Cleaning Services for a cleaning.
Our services
We offer Basic, Deep, Move Out and Move In cleaning, plus extra services, in The Colony, Frisco, Plano, Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, Aubrey and Lewisville, Texas. What each service includes is listed on our home page.
Estimates and prices
The estimate is free and we give it at your home. Your request is not a booking and does not commit you or us to a cleaning. Prices marked "From" are starting prices, and the final price depends on the home and the work needed. We confirm it with you before the cleaning. The additional services listed under Move In and Move Out cleaning have an extra charge.
Schedule
We work Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays for special cases only. Arrival is in the morning between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. or in the afternoon between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m. Deep, Move Out and Move In cleanings take the full day. A cleaning is scheduled only once we confirm it.
Client portal
Regular clients can request their next cleaning through the portal with the access we give them. A request stays pending until we confirm it. Keep your sign-in links private; you are responsible for requests made with them. We can remove access to the portal at any time.
Changes and cancellations
In the portal you can cancel a cleaning up to 24 hours before the arrival time. With less than 24 hours left, please call us at (214) 635-8662. We will let you know if we need to cancel or change a cleaning.
Your home
We bring our products, and we can use yours if you prefer. Please give us access to the home at the agreed time. Bed sheets are changed only if you leave clean ones out.
This website
We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but it can change without notice. The photos show examples of our work. Please do not copy this website's content without our permission. Your personal details are handled as described in our Privacy page.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update them, and the current version is always on this page.
